We have several staff nutritionists that work with Vita Plus' field
nutritionists. Our staff can conduct body condition scoring and herd walk
through to help you better evaluate your herd's status. Our nutrition
balancing software, Nutri-Spec, can balance for amino acids, starch, and
various protein portions along with a full spectrum of major and minor
trace minerals. Nutri-Spec also focuses on replacement heifers, dry cows,
and transition cows. Our staff is also full trained using Penn State
Forage Shaker boxes to help evaluate your homegrown forages.
